MELATONIN SPORTS PERFORMANCE

To melatonin, N-acetyl-5metoxitriptamina (nomenclature of organic chemistry), is a hormone related to cicardíacos rhythms and sleep, being used for over a decade to reduce the undesirable effects of jet lag.
